May 2026The apartment was in a great location and was clean. Close to the train station and shops. London was unseasonably hot when we stayed there. With no A/C in the rooms, a couple of standing fans would have been good, but then it was unseasonable heat, so that cannot be held against the quality. The standing shower is VERY VERY small. Shower water gets out and creates a mess on the floor. There is a second bathroom, which is large and spacious, but it has a free-standing tub. For people using a standing shower, it will be a problem, but if you use a nice tub/ jacuzzi, you have a great one. Our hot water went out on day 3 of our stay, and the plumber had difficulty fixing it while we were there, but this is a maintenance issue that I am sure will be addressed soon. Overall, the host is good and responsive. The apartment is in a good location. We had a few issues, but they are mechanical, not host-related. The tiny bathroom was a property issue for my family.
